The Club Sports Council (CSC) represents Club Sports and athletes at Oberlin. Club Sports are student-initiated and student-governed activities that offer opportunities for athletes to become directly involved in the leadership and administration of their respective clubs. The CSC is in charge of the supervision of the club sports and actively takes part in Club Sports management.
Oberlin Intercollegiate Bowling Team
The Intercollegiate Bowling team has been active continuously since spring 1981. It was chartered as a student organization in spring 1996.
The team is certified by the United States Bowling Congress-Collegiate (www.bowl.com/college). They compete in the American Heartland Intercollegiate Bowling Conference, as well as two non-conference tournaments, the Raider Classic (hosted by Wright State University in the Dayton, OH area) and the Hoosier Classic (hosted by Indiana University in Indianapolis). They also host the OC Unconventional each April and have a match between current team members and alumni each Commencement/Reunion weekend.
