The Club Sports Council (CSC) represents Club Sports and athletes at Oberlin. Club Sports are student-initiated and student-governed activities that offer opportunities for athletes to become directly involved in the leadership and administration of their respective clubs. The CSC is in charge of the supervision of the club sports and actively takes part in Club Sports management.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee handles the monetary aspects of running club sports. The Finance Committee is working to establish an endowed fund, through the current use fund set up for the Club Sports Council. The Finance Committee will also work closely with the Development Committee in order to fund projects such as the newsletter, outlining the Student Finance Committee's guidelines for club sports captains, and ensuring that Club Sports are able to get the money they need in order to play at a competitive level.
2007 Projects
The Finance Committee was responsible for establishing the Club Sports Fund to house Alumni donations and allocate them to the various club sports.
