Oberlin

Got to London yesterday and having a great time already. I'm in a flat with six other people: Hannah, Maren, Jamie, Robin, Isaac and Haley. Yesterday we explored around our flat on Weymouth St, got some preliminary groceries, and puzzled over things like outlet converters and cell phones. Today we had our Welcome Tea--it was nice to see everyone and check out where our classes will be. Afterwards I walked down to Chinatown and picked up some spices. There were lanterns strewn from building to building, maybe for the Lunar New Year which was not too long ago? We had a low commitment, low cost dinner of pasta and tomato sauce. Loving the flat life so far.
