Associate Professor of Piano Angela Cheng, featured soloist with the Oberlin Conservatory Symphony Orchestra at its Walt Disney Concert Hall performance, spent some time with me following a rehearsal at the Colburn School to discuss Beethoven's Fourth Piano Concerto, which she would perform the following afternoon, and why she would take it with her on a desert island.
