Thomas Tullius
Biochemistry major Thomas Tullius spent his session in Barcelona working in a lab specializing in bioinformatics, a relatively new field that entails using computer models to analyze biological information. He worked in the lab of Roderic Guigo at the Center for Genomic Regulation, a research entity run by the Spanish government and Pompeu Fabra University.
