Cesar Palacio
First-year double-degree student Cesar Palacio (center) took part in the conservatory’s annual Panama Project during winter term. He and five other Oberlin students traveled to Panama City, where they spent two weeks teaching at Panama’s National Association of Concerts' Summer Music Academy.
