Oberlin

Outreach

The Oberlin Conservatory of Music cordially invites high school music educators, students, and parents to join us for concerts in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle. For complimentary tickets, contact LeeAnn Lubinski at 440-775-5150. A limited number of tickets are available so please reserve your tickets as soon as possible.

In addition, Oberlin Conservatory students and alumni will visit local high schools and community organizations to offer various outreach programs. Small chamber ensembles will present innovative educational programs that may enhance current school curricula and inspire a culture that fosters the development of creative and successful musicians in the future. These programs may include, but are not limited to, chamber music performances, side-by-side rehearsals, question and answer discussions, individual and group coaching sessions, or a combination of these events.

Our hope is to provide meaningful and engaging artistic experiences to local high school students and develop partnerships with educational institutions and educators. Oberlin is committed to community engagement and aspires to instill in our students the importance of increased civic involvement to keep music alive in our communities. We hope to expose prospective music students to Oberlin Conservatory’s outstanding students and alumni to encourage their pursuit of distinguished conservatory training.

If you would like to have an Oberlin ensemble visit your classrooms, contact LeeAnn Lubinski at 440-775-5150. We look forward to joining hands with music teachers to cultivate flourishing musical ambassadors and future leaders.
